Do you mean you do not want to type in the password at Start up?
If so, then open run box. Type: netplwiz click ok and a box will appear.
Uncheck the box where it says users must sign in and a further box will appear. Input your username and password and click ok. The next time you boot up you will boot straight to desktop.
This does of course remove a level of security so be careful. See USSNorways excellent post below.
You need the password on a microsoft account but you can have windows remember it and not ask at boot up time?
press [windows key] + [r] and type "netplwiz" (without quotes) untick users must enter a name | password then hit apply... a popup will open to enter your default account name | password
