Windows 7 Password Problems

At the company i work at we recently let go of an employee. She created an admin account and and took away the administrative privilages of all the other accounts. We need some documents from her account so wiping everything is out of the question. I have tried somethings with little success. Most being solutions that require doing a stratup off a cd, apperently the bios isn't letting that happen. The computer is a HP touchsmart 300 PC. any help would be appreciated.

Just ask her or alternatively put her to court to answer that question provided she is not dead.
