Windows 7 PC booting

Hello guys, I got a miner problem with my LG ultrabook Z350, first time it was booting only for 9 secs, but now it is taking long to boot, what the problem this could be?

Do you have anti virus in your pc?...
Do you have any startup programs?

I do have Norton antivirus,when I scan it says there is no threat in my pc. And I dont have startup programs
