Photos have a blue tint

#1
Here's a weird one. When I open photos in Windows Photo Viewer, they look correct. When I open them in any other application, or use one as a desktop background, there's a blueish tint that, while it doesn't look ridiculous, isn't what the picture should look like.

Anyone know how to prevent this?

Thanks!

check the applications settings of each program that the pictures are being used in. Check your monitors resolution settings for correct settings. Check the settings of the device itself that is taking the pictures. Then check your system for any bugs using malware, spyware, adware software that you have. Sometimes these bugs can and do mess with system settings and create havoc for a user.
