Windows 7 pls help

can anyone help.. everytime i install windows 7 x64 i always got blue screen i dunno why it appears... it appears during the finalization of the installation.....here are the specs of my pc.....

Athlon64 X2 5000+
4x 2gig ddr2 ram
seagate 80 gig ATA
Asus M2A-VM board
Samsung DVDRW

it occurs during the last phase of the installation.... i think its finishing or finalization
..... but when i install 32 bit of win7 it works fine but when i install 64 bit version it has errors and have blue screens...
like when i install vista x64 i have the same problem... pls help... thanks

Unless you have 4+ GB ram there is no advantage to install 64 bit.
 
i have 8 gigs of ram... i tried using 2 gig during installation and it works but when i put back all the remaining ram sticks the blue screen appears again... so i remove it again and windows says in the desktop that... windows recover from critical error i think.... and this also appear in that box...

Probably have to go into your bios and reset to factory setting... or maybe even clear your cmos.
