Since the new changes have been implemented the post reply box is now gone from the thread. So now in order to reply to a post, you click on reply which takes you to a new screen where you can reply, as if it's the advanced reply box but does not have the original post to look at. Where the simple reply box was at the bottom of the thread and if the post had multiple questions you could answer each one while still being able to read the original post. Can this be fixed or reset to how it was before.

Here is the answer you may be looking for:

If we enable Quick Reply, a box will appear on the showthread.php page allowing users to reply to the current thread without needing to load the full newreply.php page.

When Quick Reply is enabled, we may specify whether or not users must click the Quick Reply icon in order to start typing in the Quick Reply editor.

If we choose not to require a click, the system will not know to which post a user is replying, making both the threaded and hybrid display modes nonsensical.

It is strongly recommended that you set the option to require a click if you use Quick Reply and have Threaded Mode available on your forums.

While quick reply is still under pre-load, the box will not appear until you click on a reply. In fact, I am quick replying to you now by hitting the reply button on your original post.
