Print command

Win 10 has at least 3 different versions of the screen to select a printer and specify what is to be done/layout Etc. when calling up a printer. Not all are full function/option. Example: "print current page". Why not one version with all the options?
Second problem: When printing some pages print with an overlay of parts of the text to be printed yet the preview is fine. Is this a Win problem or the printer used (in my case HP).
Any comments/solutions?

Well programs can also have their own print menus/screens. The printer will print what ever is in the print job. The printer itself nor Windows will change that. The print jobs are created by the application printing in most cases.
