Can anyone help me with this situation.
I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate and the printer is Canon iP5200. Whenever I print a picture using Windows Photo Viewer or any kind of photo management and printing software, all the black color in the picture will be changed into kind of violet and gray, other colors are ok. However, if I put the picture in a Microsoft Word page and print it out, the picture will be ok, no color was changed. Can anyone explain this problem? Please help me. Thanks a lot.
