Windows 7 Problem after resuming from sleep mode

Every time I wake my computer up from sleep mode a program (Coral Paintshop Pro X4) keeps starting up. My O/S is Windows 7 Ultimate. Not sure where to stop this from happening. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
