Windows Vista problem uninstalling a demo copy of WinZip

Hello,

I have a Dell Inspiron E1405, and I am running Windows Vista Home Premium.

I am trying to find out how to uninstall an old downloaded demo version (40-day trial version) of WinZip. I go to the control panel and click on "uninstall programs" and when I try to uninstall WinZip, it says that the Administrator has prevented me from such actions. I am the administrator! I have already run into this a few times in other areas, and there is usually a simple solution, but this time I couldn't figure it out on my own. Please Help!!! I also am not very technically inclined, so please be as detailed and simple as possible.

I have the same problem with a new copy of the trial winzip on a computer runnning windows vista. Doesn't allow me to delete it. I ran uninstall and it didn't do anything. I don't think they want you to be able to delete the program. It also seems to have taken over my ability to unzip files using vista. Can still zip them but cant unzip them in vista after the winzip download
