Windows 7 Problem with CoD 1

Just got a free update to Windows 7 x64 from Vista Home Premium and I'm having a strange problem running Call of Duty 1 on the 1.3 patch. I had no problems with it on Vista, but when I run the program on 7, I get these horizontal black lines that move up the screen, like if you see a computer screen on a home video or something. When I launch the game in a window, the problem stops. I've tried getting the latest drivers, updating DirectX, running as admin, running in XP compatibility, and no luck. It works fine for friends of mine on windows 7, so I'm stumped.

Any ideas?

I've got a Nvidia GeForce Gtx 260M if that helps.

Hi Majormajor,
did you 'upgrade' to 7 or do a clean install? If the answer is upgraded then try a clean install as we've had many posts from users displaying problems after upgrading. A clean install is nearly always the solution.
