Windows 7 Problem with ethernet connection

Hello everyone.
I've got strange problem with simple internet connection via standard adsl router.
In Vista and XP it works very fine, without any errors, full automatic connection.
Now i got something like this:

Very wired thing is working internet communicator, like ICQ or MSN.

Please, help me if you can.

If your connection getting an IP address? Start, run, cmd, msconfig /all and check that your getting a dns server also.
