Windows 7 Problem with installing NET Framework 3.5 SP1

I have 64x and Yesterday i uninstalled my Net 3.5 sp1 because of a problem with my game and after that i can't install it again and set up is interrupted.
I attached error log.

And also here is the picture of my "Turn windows features on or off".
