Windows 7 Problem with Running 32 bit Applications on windows 7 64 bit

Hi everyone,
I just got a new OS windows 7 64 bit and when i run the 32 bit Applications they show blurred (when i look in the task manger the process shows *32) the 64 bit application run perfect . I read about that the OS windows 7 64 bit runs the 32 bit Applications with WOW64.
Do you know what makes the Application 32 bits show blurred ?? And how could i resovle it ??
