Windows 7 Process priority

Oh hi, I just want to know if there is a way to disable the automatic process priority in Windows 7. Every time I open an intensive CPU application, the priority of the process is set to lowest automatically, even if a set it again to Normal. This is affecting the performance of my applications dramatically and i can notice it because when i change the priority to normal the application runs fine for a few seconds before is changed automatically to lowest again. So, is there a way to set process priority rules or something in Windows 7 or anyone know some application that can do that?
