because i'm a linux user 99% of the time it take some effort crossing the gap. not just learning command line but with actually compatibility with open source programs. I run Wine because it offers some capability with windows programs, right now i just run Prime 95. i've also experimented with virtualbox too. share your experiences crossing the gap.

    What Gap!!??
I use both Ubuntu and Windows 7.. that gap was closed ever since Gnome and KDE were invented like 10 years ago.

KDE4 is a cheap shot against Vista.. And Gnome is just great and easy.
