I'm not sure if this is the right forum for my question...
My original Surface Pro stopped charging, so I exchanged it for a refurbished Surface Pro from Microsoft.
It is running very slowly on my new machine after I cloned the original. Maybe it's a problem with the machine rather than cloning.
It is unlikely that Microsoft will clone it or re-install all software if it agrees to replace it. I would prefer to avoid losing some important settings in the process.
To improve performance, I was advised to roll back to Windows 10, but I'm not sure if that is the best course of action...
If anyone has any more ideas on this topic, please let me know. I have not found much information on Google...
