Hi bestmitbbs and Welcome to The Forum.

    STOP 0x000000FE: BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER
    Usual causes:
    USB device driver

Your latest dump file lists usbehci.sys as the probable cause. This is a Windows System file and for it to be the cause of your crash is highly unlikely.
Old and incompatible drivers can and do cause issues with Windows 7, often giving false error codes. Random stop codes can often indicate hardware issues.

    As a Priority:

Norton is known to be a cause of BSOD's on many Windows 7 systems. I suggest that you uninstall Norton using the Norton Removal Tool in Safe Mode. Download Blue Screen friendly Microsoft Security Essentials as its replacement. Make sure Windows firewall is enabled!

sptd.sys Sun Feb 27 19:29:52 2011 The sptd.sys driver is notorious for causing BSOD's with Windows 7. It's a driver used and installed along with Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120 which you'll also have to uninstall.
Then use the correct (32bit or 64bit) download from Duplex Secure - Downloads to uninstall the SPTD.SYS driver.
Make sure to select the uninstall button! DO NOT SELECT INSTALL!!

snapman.sys Fri Oct 06 14:43:53 2006 Acronis True Image Snapshot Manager driver
also included in Seagate DiscWizard. Update or Uninstall.

STOP 0x000000FE: BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER Usual causes: USB device driver

Your latest dump file lists usbehci.sys as the probable cause. What, if any, devices do you have plugged in to your usb ports?

Can you run your PC with all usb connected devices removed (excepting mouse and keyboard!!) to see if crashes continue.

Also can you: Download and run CPU-Z. Take screenshots**/snips of the Mainboard tab, Memory tab and all the slot #'s under the SPD tab. Go to Post Reply, click on the Go Advanced button and attach the screenshots**/snips to your post for all the RAM experts to see by using the paper clip you will find on the top toolbar. Do not zip them up. **If screenshots, please crop.

Following Method 2 here: http://windows7forums.com/blue-screen-death-bsod/38837-how-ask-help-bsod-problem.html . Run the SF Diagnostics tool and attach the collected files in a zip.

Can you run the attached 7601usbfix and let us know the results? Check to see if Windows update KB2615763-v2 is installed.

Finally see this Repair Your USB Driver Problems.

Yeah, I have several usb devices including a printer, a headset, a usb hub.

    CPU-Z snapshots are attached.

7601usbfix shows all the files are up-to-date.

when i tried SF diagonise tool , for example, the drivers, it says "unhandled exception has occered in your application. Could not find file 'C:\DriverList.txt'
    Thanks a lot!

how to check whether a windows update is installed?

Control Panel >> Windows Updates >> View Update History. Trawl your way through the list looking for the "required number".

Alternatively, try and install the update, if it's already installed it will tell you so.

Sadly the Seven Forums folder was empty. :( Can you post a screen of the Mainboard tab of CPU-Z please? (Oh, and don't forget to disconnect the USB devices to try out).

Did you try to right click on the SF Diagnostic Tool's executable and choose "Run as Administrator" from the right click context menu? That generally works.

Thanks for the snip. It didn't help :(. Not your fault. I was hoping to find a bios update that may address your problem. On the Dell site there is only one bios release so I think we can categorically state you have the latest available!! :D

    USB device driver.

Did you try running the PC with all unnecessary usb peripherals unplugged? What make model numbers are these?

Just spotted a good update for your Broadcom Ethernet NIC driver:

    k57nd60a.sys Fri Oct 16 11:29:38 2009 Broadcom Ethernet NIC. Oct. 2011.

I'd also seriously think if I needed any of the following to actually start running when Windows starts:

    Location: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
    SunJavaUpdateSched REG_SZ "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Java\Java Update\jusched.exe"
    ObihaiMiddleWare REG_SZ C:\Program Files (x86)\OBIHAI\mware.exe
    BCSSync REG_SZ "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14\BCSSync.exe" /DelayServices
    LWS REG_SZ C:\Program Files (x86)\Logitech\LWS\Webcam Software\LWS.exe -hide

    Location: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
    chromium REG_SZ C:\Users\**\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe --no-startup-window

    Also in MSConfig:
    Dropbox
    Logitech Product Registration (huh??)

    In Services:
Set Bonjour to Manual from Automatic start
