Windows 7 Random BSOD month old home build

so i have come to conclude the blue screen happens when ever it wants and i took a picture on my phone so i have some info, (0x00000000000000000000041790, 0xFFFFFA80016A????
after that i cant see any more cuz i had only a second to take the pic

also i attached the info suggested in the locked threads


any one have any idea how to fix this?

Memory dump dates from 24 Oct 2012.

Only 91 updates since SP1 - most systems have 130 to 140. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates.

Un-install XFastLAN and XFastUSB - known BSOD's from these things

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Solution
i uninstalled XFastLAN and XFastUSB aswell as ASRock App Charger and every thing seems to work fine now, thanks for your help.
 


so after a day of no blue screens i got one while playing wow this morning, all i have done since was update windows.

The only record in the reports is of an unexpected shutdown.
Have you checked your temperatures? Have you cleaned out the inside of the case and made sure all the fans are working?

well all my fans work and my insides are very clean so ill make the boot disks and see how that goes
