Hi,
I am running Windows 7 Professional 32-bit on a Toshiba Satellite laptop and I get random BSoD's every once in a while, all wit BBCode 19. I initially thought there was a problem with the display adapter driver so I reinstalled it, but the problem still persists. Also, I have Ubuntu 10.10 installed on another partition and I use an additional program in Windows to give me access to the ext3 filesystem, but of what I've heard my problem relates to the drivers installed. I donwloaded and used the diagnostics tool provided by you and I attached the output. Thank you!

Hello and welcome.

1) Uninstall BitDefender. Reboot and install MSE to replace it.

2) Update modem driver:

AGRSM AGRSM.sys Mon Nov 10 09:56:37 2008

3) Update Realtek lan driver:

Rt86win7 Rt86win7.sys Thu Feb 26 04:04:22 2009

Realtek

1 is the major issue though. Enjoy. :)
