Hi, I have an issue with random BSoD, these are totally random in that it can happen, then not happen for several days, or it can happen the next day or as in 1 case 5 minutes later.

I have attached the minidump, and to further enable anyone here is further information.

CPU: Intel Quad Core Q6600 2.4ghz
    8gb DDR2 ram
    2 x 1gb XFX GT250 in SLi
    Silicon Images 3132 Raid card
    700w psu
    Corsair H50 cpu cooling
    1 x 200mm inlet fan
    2 x 180mm exhausts
Windows 7 Ultimate Signature Edition installed on 60gb SSD
    logitech g15 keyb
    logitech g5 mouse (both usb)
    mobo is Asus P5N-D

firewall a/v Zone Alarm Extreme Internet Security

the bsod can occur under any of the following conditions
    browsing the net
    playing a game
when doing nothing whatsoever at all

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as mentioned in a thread elsewhere, I do have zonealarm installed and would be really miffed if its that that has issues, I loathe not being able to use what I paid for lol

    Alright,

    1. Uninstall ZoneAlarm and Kaspersky, install MSE to replace them - as shown in my 1st post above. Do not mix different brand AV's.

    2. Update all these drivers that predate Windows 7 final:

    UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP (7f)
This means a trap occurred in kernel mode, and it's a trap of a kind
that the kernel isn't allowed to have/catch (bound trap) or that
is always instant death (double fault). The first number in the
bugcheck params is the number of the trap (8 = double fault, etc)
Consult an Intel x86 family manual to learn more about what these
traps are. Here is a *portion* of those codes:
    If kv shows a taskGate
use .tss on the part before the colon, then kv.
Else if kv shows a trapframe
            use .trap on that value
    Else
.trap on the appropriate frame will show where the trap was taken
(on x86, this will be the ebp that goes with the procedure KiTrap)
    Endif
kb will then show the corrected stack.
    Arguments:
    Arg1: 0000000000000008, EXCEPTION_DOUBLE_FAULT
    Arg2: 0000000080050031
    Arg3: 00000000000006f8
    Arg4: fffff80003092d91

These are Kaspersky drivers, and they are loaded (you can verify it in the crash dump I attached in code tags. Also check in Control Panel -> Programs and Components):

Later when BSOD's are gone and your system is stable and smootnly running over some three weeks, then go ahead and install ZA again. So now you need MSE for the troubleshooting purpose, as it is BSOD proof.

As for Kaspersky, you have its 2 drivers loaded, so make sure to run the removal tool as described in the link:

Removal tool for Kaspersky Lab products

So far so good, zone alarm removed, the drivers are all uptodate, been to all the sites and they insist nothing newer, but hey ho thats another issue. I checked and couldnt find any reference to kaspersky installed on the pc, but a little digging around found that checkpoint are now including portions of kaspersky into the scan portions of za..... great..... lol

on the plus side, no blue screen yet

Kaspersky is integrated into ZoneAlarm Extreme and all other ZAs with antivirus ability.
