Windows 7 Random BSOD

This time, I have no idea what happened.

As I was out to dinner, I left it running. Nothing special, just firefox and MSN open.

I came back and the computer was shut down. To my surprise, when I started it, it said that the problem was BSOD again. This time I don't know the source of this.

Here's the .dmp file. This computer is really scaring me but then, I might have been the reason for it BSODing. Maybe one of the programs I downloaded had a virus in it but I scanned and nothing came up.

Could it be the ESET Smart Security?

Oh! I see...but...where? I'm sorry, I must sound pretty stupid but I'm not confident enough to assume if I did it right.
