WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (124)
A fatal hardware error has occurred.
PROCESS_NAME: System
Probably caused by : hardware

What I see in your screen shots is 3072 Mb total with 1Gb stick in slot 1 rated 667Mhz 5 5 5 15 1.8v. Your RAM frequency is currently 320Mhz which is not a good idea.

- Set memory 667Mhz 5 5 5 15 1.8v.
- re-attach the CPUZ memory tab.
