RAM is the causer of your blue screens.

    2. 2 x 1333mhz 9-9-9-24 1.60v

The voltage is rather non-standard, you may need to set it manually in the bios.

    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.

    Arg3: 0000000000000001, bitfield :
    	bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)

This may the problem. If the passmark utility is right, your ram needs 1.6 v. Insufficient ram voltage can cause memory errors.

    1333mhz 9-9-9-24 1.60v.

Unfortunately your blue screens are caused by memory_corruption:

And that's the only reason I'm asking to set your memory up to its rated specs, 1333mhz 9-9-9-24 1.60v. Set it that way and see how it goes, because otherwise it would be kind of reckless to replace ram sticks without first trying them out at their right specs.

one thing no one seemed to pick up on this forum was that my memory was running at 1t commad rate which is the incorrect setting for amd cpus 2t is much more stable i missed this also until yesterday i have changed the setting and things are perfect now i really didnt think it would have made that much of a differnce

I did notice the XMP profile with 2T, but CPUZ memory didn't tell me if yours was on, so I wasn't sure.

Yes, incorrect memory settings can cause blue screens. The first thing to do in cases of memory management errors is to verify the current settings with those stipulated by the manufacturer. Only then proceed to memtest if necessary.
