Windows 7 Random BSOD

So multiple times I randomly get a BSOD, sometimes my computer freezes also, like the mouse wont even move, I left my computer on my desk it closed(laptop) I went to the library and back and when I get come It is off, when I restart it says windows crashed,

I went to the reports and got this info

It may be a virus causing this, because I do dable in the computer security arts!

I also have other weird bugs,

using Google Chrome Google search results don't really work, so if I search windows and click a link, it will never load, I can get the link manually and paste it but if it has a referrer it doesn't work.

When the experts show up, they will probably request you read the sticky about how to get Blue Screen help. There are some files you will need to attach, so check that out. All I can see in the information you posted was there is some type of Kernel mode exception--not much help..
