Windows 7 Random freeze/lag

This lag can occur at almost anytime. Right after I boot up ot inside windows. First I though it was the java making ithangs. <It happens between 5-6 tiems every day and usually last for about 30.-45 sec¨
When it freezes I cant press anythin. Only shift+tabk between windows. WHen I used other browser it still continued. Usualle the freezes happens every 3 hours,.Also, when it stops up, its showing a few more proccessors than usuall, like 5.

I have:

• Disabled uneeded services
• Defragment scheudule
• Checked harddrive for errors, checked ram for errors. (memtest etc)
• Updated all drivers from the motherboard CD, but not bios? The gigabyte bios says file size incorrect so I cant change bios.
• Fastened the cables into the pc properly
• Checked temps, normal: between 17 and 25 idle Cpu uncklockd
• Updated all updates evdn the ones stopping windows for lock-ups. Those updates came from a site and was standalone packases.

Whats weird? I can play games forever or look at a 1080p YT movi or even 4k...This would rule out a hardware I guess?

help me out please. If u want me to get u some kind of report sure. Did scf/scannow command and it gave me some errors, biut havent found the text lp log yet!!
