Windows 7 Random Freezes/Connection Reset

Hi,

I really hope someone can help me as I have had this issue now for quite a while and havent been able to resolve it.

What happens is that if I am downloading something at my full download connection speed (3 MB/s) my computer will freeze for about a second and the download connection will completly reset down to 0 and connect back up to 3MB/s.

This happens around every 5 minutes and is starting to become annoying, especially if I am downloading large files whilst trying to browse the computer.

Which nic are you using? Have you updated the network drivers from realtek and intel. I mention both intel and realek as your board has 2 built in nics. If after updating the problem continues, could you lets us know what AV\Firewall\browser your using.
