Windows 7 ready boost

hi all

just got a new usb stick for system speed up and i go on propertieas and the ready boost is not there
any clues ????

If there is no readyboost tab in the usb stick properties, control panel -> administrative -> services -> readyboost -> double click it and make sure it says "Startup type: Automatic" -> make sure the service is running.

yeah i have tried that but there is no readyboost there either... ???? where is it ?????
