Does a Recovery Partition come with a new operating system?
Mine is in the shop,with a possible fried motherboard,and it doesnt have a Recover system,its a laptop?

Depending on the manufacturer, you either have a recovery partition or an install disk. If you go to a different motherboard, you may have to phone M$ to get your system re-activated.
