Hello,

I have a used custom built system that was operating fine until recently. It has been getting a lot of memory management errors lately. I've been able to patch them for a few days sometimes by running various registry cleaners/optimizers and having no errors running MemTest86, but when the BSODs come back I can get upwards of 1500 errors in seconds. I've attached the necessary files.

Thanks

Solution
Sorry for the delay in responding - things are real busy at home and at work!

Please ensure that Driver Verifier is turned off. To do this, open up verifier.exe and select "Delete existing settings", then click on "Finish" Restart the system for the changes to take effect.

What errors are you talking about (the 1500 in seconds)? If it's MemTest86, then it's probably a memory or motherboard problem.
Try Prime95 to see if that makes it worse - there's a link to it in this page: Link Removed

The only serious issue in the memory dumps (IMO) is the ASACPI.sys driver that dates from 2005 (and is a known cause of BSOD's). Please visit the Asus website for your system/mobo and download/install the ATK0110 ACPI Utility driver (it's...

The only serious issue in the memory dumps (IMO) is the ASACPI.sys driver that dates from 2005 (and is a known cause of BSOD's). Please visit the Asus website for your system/mobo and download/install the ATK0110 ACPI Utility driver (it's listed either under the ATK section or the Utilities section). If you can't find a Win7 compatible version, please post back with the exact make and model of your motherboard for additional info.

I would suggest pursuing the memory diagnostics using the procedure outlined here: Link Removed - Invalid URL - in particular, Step 6 and later will help in determining which sticks/slots are causing issues.
