Start -> Run -> gpedit.msc

Security Settings
Security Options:

• Accounts: Rename administrator account = Enter a name other than "Administrator"
• Accounts: Guest Account status: Disabled
  
• Accounts: Rename guest account = Enter a name other than "Guest"
• Interactive Logon: Do not display last user name = Enabled
• Interactive Logon: Number of previous logons to cache = 0
• Interactive Logon: Do not require CTRL-ALT-DEL: Disabled
• Shutdown: Allow system to be shut down without having to log on = Disabled

Just some basic options you may want to look at if concerned about security.
