Windows Vista Remote access

Can anyone provide me with detailed instructions on how to remotely access my PC from anyplace that has an internet connection. I am running Vista Untimate. Thanks.

In the interest of avoiding recurring monthly fees I don't think that the "log me in.com" approach is going to work;it's neat but costly considering the number of Pc's that I have. https://www.dyndns.com Is anyone familiar with this service and how to set it up for remote access purposes? I'm afraid not.. I did have a quick look but nothing seemed familiar... Have you tried 'Googling' the problem?

Kemical, I don't have a system problem as opposed to simply trying to find a way to remotely access my system when I'm away. The link that I sent offers a DNS solution and I just want to know if this is an avenue that leads to an answer for me or not. Thanks.
