Windows 7 Remove An Item From Right-Click Context Menu

Open the "Registry Editor" (Start (Orb), Run and type in regedit and click ok or press enter.)

Navigate to and expand each the following:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers

(This is where programs attach to the right click menu.)

Now, you simply delete the keys you do not want.

Same method for Xp and Vista

Note: This is a registry change, do so at your own risk and back it up before hand.
