Windows 7 Remove previous location in Windows (not Internet) Explorer

How can I remove one of the previous locations from the menu that appears when I click on the downward black arrow in the top windows of the Windows Explorer?

Right click the Start Orb and select Properties. Start Menu Tab, unchecking one or both of the Privacy options to store and display recently opened items should remove the history.

This will also wipe out your jump lists, recently used programs, and other such things.
