I did a complete backup using Vista before sending my computer in for repair. I backed up to a USB portable drive. Then I formated the computer's disk to erase any information I had stored. Sent computer for repair and now it is back. When I go to the "Restore Files" I get the message "There are no back ups on this computer". I do advanced restore and get the same message. Even if I point it to my USB drive is states it cannot find the backup. It is there. I hope I don't have to copy 103g one file at a time. Any idea how I can restore back up to work? Thanks.

I was hoping you weren't going to say that.... I'm pretty sure that you need the ultimate edition for the back-up uility to work properly..
