When i boot my comp up its starts to boot up then the screen goes black with the mouse pointer still on. It stays that way for five minutes. And i reboot about 3 times it does the same thing. After a few times of rebooting it comes on to windows desktop. I am not sure if its the monitor or the video card.

boot to safe mode, remove display driver and reboot, windows will reload correctly
