Windows 7 Secondary, non-boot HDD...do I want MBR or GBT?

I recently purchased an SSD to use as my boot disc, and a 1TB HDD to use for my primary storage device.

I installed my SSD, and installed Windows to it, installed my HDD, and set my BIOS up to boot from the SSD, with the HDD as a secondary drive.

In device management, the HDD is is Unallocated and Not Initialized, when I start the initialize I'm given the choice between MBR and GBT, which do I want to select?

TL;DR: SSD is boot disc, HDD is just for storage. When initializing do I want MBR or GBT?
