Windows Vista send page ad

When I click on the page tab in IE 7, my send page by email and send page by link are grayed out. How can I get these back? I use them all the time, very user friendly tab. I just don't know what happened or why for that matter.

Good Question !! I've tried talking to Microsoft Customer Support, but I couldn't get an answer. I also tried leaving that question on one of the Microsoft Forums, usually they'll notify me if anybody answered. We'll have to get serious and contact "Vishal Gupta MVP" on his personal website.
