Windows 7 Seperate HDMI output profile

I have a laptop with an HDMI output and I like switching between my laptop's actual screen and my 22 inch hdtv. the problem is That Whenever I output HDMI I have to go to windows control panel and make text and everything 25 percent larger than normal. I need to know if there is a way to make 2 seperate output profiles or something like that. One for my laptop's actaull screen and one for the HDMI output.

Are you using a graghics card that has a control panel?

If so, for an option to resize the desktop when outputting through HDMI.
