There is a slightly easier way. Blackviper has been kind enough to anticipate this problem and has prepared different .reg files for each occasion.
Go to this page:
Windows 7 Services Registry Files and Information

Scroll down to Default Windows 7 Services Start Key.
Select your appropriate OS and save the file to your computer. Run the .reg, and it will return your registry to the original default services configuration.

If you have run the .reg, after a restart the services will all be running on default. You can check, if you wish, against Black Vipers list.
Windows 7 Service Configurations by Black Viper
