Windows 10 Setting ENG INTL as Default Input Language on Windows Startup

1. Navigate to Language Settings:​

• Press Windows key + I to open Settings.
• Choose "Time & Language."
• Select "Language" from the options on the left sidebar.

  2. Add English (United States) as a Language:​

• Click on "Add a language" under "Preferred languages."
• Type "English (United States)" in the search box and select it from the list of languages.
