Windows 7 Several programs stopped running

Hey
Yesterday i was forced to make a clean install, and for some reason im having troubles with some programs. Before the clean install i was using Stardock Fences but now a cant use it.

When i try to open Stardock Fences it open a process in the task manager
Link Removed due to 404 Error

But 3 seconds later its gone ...

This is just an example there are severals other programs that it happens the same thing ...
Any ideas of what this could be?
