Windows 7 Sharing a internet connection

Hello,

Wondering how I can share a USB Modem connection (internet via ICE network) to other PC's via the laptops wireless netcard.

Let me explain better:
My PC (laptop) is connected to internet via USB Dialup HighSpeed Connection (Norway's ICE). I want to share this connection to other PC's or IPhone etc by using the laptop's wireless card. Is that possible? And how do I do it in Windows7?
