Windows 7 Silent hunter 3

Problem:I have installed Silent Hunter 3+1.4b patch.When i start run game there is Protection system error.it says:
"This application can be launched with a release version of Microsoft windows 95 OSR2.1/98/ME/NT4.0/2000/XP/server 2003 only"
Install path is C:\games\ubisoft\SilentHunterIII\sh3.exe
should i try another location?Program Files(x86)etc???
it is great game and there is great mod GWX3.0 gold- and i really want play that game
i have tried also compatibility system from windows xp sp3 to Vista sp2
my version is Windows7 build 7100 64bit
ps i also have try upgrade starforce but there is only message:
"No installed protection drivers installed"
