Single Sign on not recognising internet




I had a problem with my internet a few weeks ago and fixed it by reseting the inernet explorer settings but now my SSO software doesnt recognise any websites to add new passwords or to just fill in the ones already registered!iv tried manually putting in the credentials and passwords but it still doesn't pick up when im on the sites to put in the passwords. Its working fine to log onto windows its just the internet. Any help with this would be much apriciated its wrecking my head!!
