Help. I have an HP that I bought a couple of months ago with vista 64 bit installed. I got the free upgrade to windows 7 and after intalling it I lost me access to e-mail When I click on the windows live mail icon I get a few seconds of rotating whatever it is and then it just does nothing. I have tried all the things that I can think of (I am a beginner at this) and even reloaded the upgrade again. I would love to get e-mail on this computer.

Did you actually download Live email and install it? there is no email program included in Win 7..and it doesn't / won't use outlook... looks like you have some leftovers from vista ... just showing an icon... waiting on live emil to be installed...
