Windows 7 "Solve PC Issues" crashes when messageissue is selected

My Windows 7 system and/or Office 207 Professional occasionally 'lock up' and gives me the chance to report the error before closing the program involved.

The PC Issues flag has two solutions, one for Skype and one for Microsoft Office. Which ever one I try to read the action centre screen opens and then reports "Not Responding" and I have to close it down.

I can not expect to solve the problem if I can not read the message.

Anyone any ideas what is happening all help gratefully received!

You say you are given two solutions--what are they?

Are you getting these solutions from the Event Viewer, and if not, are there any error messages there that might help define the situation?

Can you open the Action Center by using the Tray icon or from the Control Panel?
