Hi evryone, this is my first time on the site but im in desperate need of help with my setup
i installed Windows 7 Professional 64-bit about 2 days ago.
specs:-core 2 duo e8400
evga geforce 9400gt
4.0GB DDR2
1 TB hard drive (partitioned) i dont know if the specs make a difference i just see alot of people post their specs....
NOW MY PROBLEM IS......... I OWN A SOUNDBLASTER X FI TITANIUM FATALITY SERIES
the install is great and it runs perfectly but only if i am using the jacks (which i no longer own, i gave away the 3.5mm cable and stuck with optical years ago) , the program also looks different from when i was in XP, it doesnt allow me to choose my sampling rate or anything, and the equalizer settings dont affect the sound. i really dont know what the issue is, BUT IF THERE IS ANYONE HAVING TROUBLE WITH THEIR OPTICAL CONNECTION ON THE COMPUTER PLEASE HELP ME IM DESPERATE. IF IT DOESNT WORK IM GOING BACK TO XP CUZ IM AN AUDIOPHILE.
