Windows 7 split second game not running smoothely

i use dell inspiron 1525,2gb ram,160gb hard disk,384mb intel video accelerator,32bit windows 7 ultimate.recently i got the split second car game from my friend but it is running very slowly even i reduced the graphics to low and even resolution also.i did the game to run in xp servicepack2 mode,some what better than previous.can any body help this game to run smoothely for the above configurations.please post if any patches or changes to be done.thank u.

This is likely caused by your hardware.. Split/Second is a racing game that was released earlier this year.. It has rather high system requirements..
2 GB of RAM should be alright, but your graphics card isn't.

The Intel Graphics Media/Video Accelerator is a very cheap, useless line from Intel. If you're interested in PC gaming, may I suggest you upgrade to an ATI Radeon or nVidia graphics card.. Laptops also aren't best, desktops are simply more powerful.


The bottom line: your PC won't run the game very well because your hardware is outdated/insufficient.
