I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate through the House Party program. Everything installed fine, but neither optical drive is recognized in Explorer or through inserting a DVD and waiting for the autorun to take over. I do see the drives in Device Manager and with Disk Management. When I insert the Windows 7 DVD, however, the autorun works and I can reload the operating system, which I did with the same results. I tried putting a disk in right after the drive became "visible" with the operating system disk, and it couldn't not be read. The only disk that can be read is the Windows 7 install disk. I've tried uninstalling the drives, and they are later found by Windows, named correctly, but I still can't use them. Please help!
